Your codes are tied to your account — use the same email address at checkout. Credits are confirmed 14 days after your order ships. Returned orders are not credited. Once a tier is unlocked it stays unlocked.
What is the Race Pass?
The Race Pass is REV10's free loyalty program. Every purchase earns points, and crossing a threshold unlocks a tier with permanent benefits: discount codes, free shipping, exclusive designs and community access. There's no monthly fee.
How do I earn credits?
Ordering earns credits automatically, and that's where most of them come from. You also get points for creating an account, signing up for the newsletter, and posting your REV10 piece to your Instagram story with us tagged. The full list is on the Race Pass page.
How many credits do I get per order?
250 credits per tee, 400 credits per hoodie. Post it to your Instagram story with @rev10.store tagged and send us the screenshot, and you will get 250 extra credits.
When do my credits show up in my account?
Credits appear as "pending" right after your order and confirm 14 days later, once our return window closes. Your Race Pass dashboard shows both numbers and the exact date each pending batch unlocks.
Do credits expire?
No. Confirmed credits stay in your account permanently, even if you don't order for a while.
Do I lose my tier if I stop buying?
No. An unlocked tier is yours for good. Free shipping at Podium stays active even if you take a break from shopping.
What happens to my credits if I return something?
If you return an order inside the 14-day window, the pending credits for it never confirm. Your balance can't go negative. Returns after 14 days are handled case by case and don't affect your points.
How do I use my rewards?
Most rewards work on their own. Unlocking Pit Lane or Qualifying gets you a personal discount code by email. Podium's free shipping and GOAT's lifetime discount apply automatically while you're logged in, so there's no code to enter at checkout.
Do I need an account to earn credits?
Yes, your credtis live in your REV10 account. If you check out as a guest, we'll email you an invite afterwards to create an account and claim that order's credits. Use the same email address you ordered with.
Can I combine rewards, for example the GOAT discount with free shipping?
Yes. At GOAT tier your 20% discount and free shipping both apply to every order automatically. Race Pass rewards don't combine with separate promo codes or seasonal sales.
